Made from the grapes grown on the best plots and has zero dosage. Aged for four years, this champagne has remarkable structure, balance and complexity. Hints of white flowers and apple aromas for a zest finish, with subtle notes of brioche. Perfect as an aperitif or with oysters, Jamon Iberico or hard cheese.
The estate was created in the 1960’s in Chateau-Thierry, by Robert Lt and Liliane Vautrain, his wife. They combined their surnames to create its brand. Their eight hectare vineyard, planted on limestone slopes, stretches across the town of Chateau-Thierry and the neighbouring village of Essomes-sur-Marne.
