Introduction

The latest in the Lakes Distillery’s Whiskymaker’s Reserve series is a sublime drop indeed.

No.5 has been matured in Oloroso, Pedro Ximnez and red wines casks comprising of Spanish and American Oak. Elegant and restrained with fruity aromatics of red apples, chocolate and hints of Devonshire cream. The palate features pecan and walnut baklava, baking spices and hints of coffee. The finish is vibrant and creamy with toasted brown sugar notes.
